Emily B. Grewal

Founder, Coach

“I believe anything is possible.

After seeing an episode of Iron Chef, I decided that I wanted to be a chef. I hand delivered my resume to the top 20 restaurants in Connecticut and spoke with all the chefs to try and convince them to take me. As a result, I spent a summer apprenticing to a chef of the best French restaurant in CT.

In my senior year of college at Stanford, I decided that I wanted to do a PhD in Statistics. I had applied and got into a Masters program at Stanford. But, in my first course as part of the masters, I got a B. I buckled down, attending every office hour offered and ended with a 3.85 GPA and admission to the University of Chicago for a PhD in Statistics.

After school, I found this cool start-up in the area, Facebook, and I applied to every open position at the company. The only job I heard back from was in “Internet Marketing.” I had no idea what “Internet Marketing” was at the time. But, I took it and went on to become a Product Manager and lead teams of engineers to build some of Facebook’s most iconic products.

Some people say I’m gutsy, but the truth is that I am committed to always seeking out happiness, and I believe that we are the only ones who can limit our happiness. Now as a coach I work with people to figure out how they are limiting themselves and how to unlock their inner strength, so they can live the lives they only dreamt about.” - Emily Grewal

Emily is an unstoppable force. She’s unstoppable because of her creativity. From hand-delivering resumes to taking any job at a company where she wanted to work, she comes up with creative ways to achieve goals. She brings this creativity to coaching where she guides you to discover different ways of thinking that open up new worlds of possibilities. She will challenge your preconceived notions and push you make changes you never thought possible. She understands the ways people limit themselves because she has battled through many of those forces herself; as one of only two women in her statistics master’s program, she struggled with self-doubt and self-esteem. As one of five women product managers out of 60 product managers, she led a team of 30 male engineers and struggled with a constant need to prove herself. She has learned how to move past limiting beliefs to succeed. She will work with you to get to a place where you believe you can achieve anything.

Emily has trained in Coaching at New York University and in Neuro-Linguistic Programming at the NLP Center of New York. She has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University where she studied Negotiation and Leadership and an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University.

Sven Schrevens

Coach

“I believe everyone is capable of achieving their goals. Growing up I was held back in school so many times that in my 5th year of high-school, I was taking remedial classes to become a mechanic. Everyone told me being a mechanic was a good job. But, I wanted more. So, I dropped out of school and decided to find my own path. I saw a man driving a beautiful car, and I asked about what he did and who he was. I decided I wanted to become an account manager for the top companies in Europe because he had that job. 6 years later, I achieved my goal, with the 6-figure salary, company car, house. Now, I am committed to helping others achieve their goals, no matter how far-fetched they may seem” - Sven Schrevens

Sven Schrevens is the epitome of a rebel. After dropping out of high school he found his own way to becoming an account manager at KPN multinational and then finishing a dual bachelor’s degree from Groep T, top university in Belgium and completing a degree in Brand Management and Communication from Vlerick, a top business school in Europe. Time and time again he has found his own path to success - from placing 118th out of 1500 in the world championship marathon mountain biking competition, to becoming a model for Cachet models. Because he has never followed a beaten path, he brings to coaching a strong understanding of unconventional strategies to help people get to where they want to go. He focuses on helping his clients to understand their strengths and potential and to create a workable strategy to achieve their goals.

Sven Schrevens coaches in Dutch and English. He has trained in Strategic Intervention, Emotional Intelligence, and Inspiring Coaching. He also received his coach practitioner certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the NLP Center of New York.
